Type 2DAB relay meets the requirements for current check relaying in a circuit breaker fail scheme or may be used to monitor current flow prior to sequence switching; e.g. mesh corner schemes. The DAB current check relay detects the circuit breaker failure to trip and to ensure discrimination has a fast reset time and a minimum overshoot time.
